Terms of Use

Kadence is a mobile running app for iPhone and Apple Watch with four modes (Run, Intervals, Sprint, Walk), GPS tracking, guided sessions with sounds, voice and haptics, an AI coach that plans and adapts your week and answers running questions, routes created near you, a ghost of your best runs, results and progress visuals, and the sharing of session pictures. Accounts are created with Sign in with Apple.

You must be at least 15 years old. You are responsible for your account and must not interfere with the App, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the coach or the support chat, publish unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others or resell the service without permission.

Kadence provides fitness information and AI-generated suggestions (plans, paces, sessions, recovery), not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate, and GPS, pace and heart-rate figures depend on your devices and conditions: you remain responsible for choosing efforts suited to you. Routes are suggestions: check that a path is safe, public and allowed, stay aware of your surroundings and follow traffic rules. Stop if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness or pain, and consult a qualified professional if you have an injury, condition, pregnancy or concern.

Features may depend on device compatibility, connectivity, permissions and subscription access, and AI coach usage is subject to limits shown in the App. You retain rights to content you create and grant us a limited license to process it only to operate the feature you choose. You must have the rights and consent needed for content you share.

Some features require Kadence Pro. This auto-renewable subscription is billed by the App Store under the price and period shown before purchase. Renewal can be disabled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Deleting Kadence or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Kadence and its software, brand, interface, guides and technology belong to Ysamihal Labs or its licensors. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact measurements or error-free AI results. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Kadence and delete your account at any time. We may suspend serious or repeated breaches. These Terms are governed by French law without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
