Brisk walking

Brisk walking is walking at a sustained pace, around 6 km/h or faster: you breathe harder but can still talk. It is real endurance exercise, gentle on the joints.

  • To move every day: the classic target is 10,000 steps.
  • To recover between two runs.
  • To start, or start again, gently before running.

In Kadence, Walk mode counts your steps, your distance and the minutes spent at a brisk pace.
