Sessions
Kadence’s four modes
Kadence tracks four ways to move, each with its own screens and stats:
- Run: continuous runs, from easy runs to the long run. It tracks distance, pace and heart rate.
- Intervals: fast efforts with recoveries in between, like 8 × 400 m or 30/30. It counts the reps and their pace.
- Sprint: very short all-out efforts of 60 to 100 m with a long recovery. It measures your top speed.
- Walk: brisk walking, to move every day or to recover. It counts your steps.
You pick the mode on Start before each session; your first preferred mode is the default.
